Responsibilities

  • Support supply chain activities for white-label devices and internally manufactured devices from concept through launch.
  • Track project milestones, risks, and deliverables to support on-time commercialization.
  • Procurement Support & Sourcing Execution
  • Support sourcing initiatives for components, packaging, formulas, and finished goods.
  • Lead RFQs, supplier evaluations, cost comparisons, and data analysis.
  • Partner with the procurement leader to support cost negotiations and supplier onboarding activities.
  • Maintain Master Supply Agreements, other sourcing documentation, and supplier data.
  • Coordinate with suppliers to support development timelines and deliverables.
  • Monitor supplier progress on samples, validation builds, and production readiness.
  • Manage supplier performance by tracking and reviewing defined metrics throughout both new product development and ongoing operations to ensure consistent quality, delivery, and compliance.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in supply chain, Business, Engineering, or related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in supply chain, procurement, or product development support roles.
  • Experience supporting cross-functional projects and working with suppliers.
  • Specific and tactical expertise in procurement processes, including source-to-contract planning and cost assessment, ensuring strategic and informed procurement decisions.
  • Proficiency in data analysis, databases (Snowflake) and Microsoft Excel (or similar tools).
  • Familiarity with ERP systems (e.g., NetSuite), project management tools, or PLM systems.

Compensation

  • $93,500 - $115,000 + bonus
  • An employee's pay position within the salary range will be based on several factors, including but not limited to relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, geographic location, performance, travel requirements, revenue-based metrics, any contractual agreements, and business or organizational needs.
  • Other rewards may include annual bonuses, long-term incentives based on level, paid time off, and region-specific benefits.
