Responsibilities
- Support on-site customer service operations by ensuring timely, accurate parts availability.
Requirements
- Experience with SIS, AIMS, Antares, SIMSi, InfoCast, Lawson M3, Landmark Smart Office, M3 Sales Automation and the MS Office
- Industry experience in the following areas would be considered strong assets to a successful candidacy: mining, heavy construction and technology products.
- Union Membership: You are required to become a member of the Union associated with this position.

- Parts Journeyperson Red Seal with previous parts, warehouse, front counter, sales experience and Caterpillar product knowledge
- Clean Drivers' Abstract (5 yr)
- Ability to manage difficult or time-sensitive situations professionally.
- Computer literacy with applicable software knowledge along with shop parts experience

- $53k-$58k

- Industry Leading Wage: $52.58 - $58.43 (Base Rate + RWA probation to full rate)
- o $3.50 Shift Premium
- o $5.00 Night Shift Premium (when applicable)
- 11.5 hour at regular time, 0.5 hours paid at Double Time daily
