As a Care Team Supervisor, you'll play a key role in leading a team of dedicated care givers, making a real impact in the lives of our patients.

Review and manage service authorizations and contract-specific requirements
Support branch growth initiatives and operational planning efforts
Provide guidance, coaching, and support to care givers to promote performance and engagement
Collaborate with payroll and timekeeping team s
Perform additional duties and projects as assigned to support team and organizational success

Maintain accurate client service records, plans of care, care giver schedules, and required documentation
Conduct care giver orientations as required
What is Required?
High School Diploma or GED required
Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred
