Relationship Building: Foster strong relationships with landscape and outdoor supply contractors by providing consistent and reliable service.
Address customer concerns and resolve issues to maintain high satisfaction levels.
Team Collaboration: Work closely with colleagues to maintain a smooth workflow and meet customer needs.
Help maintain the cleanliness and organization of the store and delivery areas.
Operational Support: Maintain accurate records of sales, deliveries, and customer interactions.
Ability to build positive relationships with clients and team members.
Time Management: Ability to manage time efficiently to ensure timely product delivery and meet customer expectations.

Basic proficiency with computer systems and point-of-sale (POS) systems for order entry and processing.

Previous experience in sales or a customer-facing role is preferred, but not required.
