Responsibilities
- Candidate will actively facilitate and participate in improvement of new product development processes, Design for Reliability (DfR) activities and sustaining products/field reliability.
- Develop system reliability models and perform thermos-mechanical simulations at the component level.
- Work with product support and field service organizations to gather data for reliability metrics.
- Develop Reliability plans, reliability requirements, DFMEAs, reliability test protocols for Accelerated reliability tests, reliability growth tests, etc. and executes the reliability plans leading to Reliability reports.
- Develop reliability models and perform thermo-mechanical simulations at the component level.
- Develop reliability statistical analysis and reports.

Requirements
- Travel to customer sites, as required.
- BS in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering field with minimum of 5 years' experience in Reliability Engineering.
Nice to have
- Candidates with MS degree in Mechanical Engineering/Electrical Engineering with relevant experience in Reliability Engineering or CRE certification would be preferred.
