About the role
- Responsible for performing a variety of cooking and rethermalization duties requiring judgment and independence.
- This position follows established procedures and standards, and involves the use of quantity and quality control techniques.
- Also responsible for maintaining a safe, sanitary and aesthetically pleasing dining atmosphere.
Requirements
- Must be able to read, write and communicate effectively in English. -Minimum one(1) year of cooking experience, preferably in high volume cooking.
- Experience with a cook chill/freeze system is desirable.
- Responsible for other related duties as required.
- Diploma in Cooking or an equivalent combination of education and relevant experience.
