About the role

The Production Control team exists to ensure every part, kit, and shipment is exactly where it needs to be - at the right time, in the right quantity, and in the right condition - so production can move without interruption.
The challenges we solve are tangible and high-impact: preventing line stoppages, protecting inventory integrity, and designing material flow that can keep up with rapid growth.
Please note: Base is a startup, which means priorities shift and evolve quickly.

Supervise, coach, and develop an hourly workforce - including performance feedback, conflict resolution, corrective actions, and performance improvement plans.
Lead by example with a strong floor presence and clear expectations for safety, quality, and productivity.
Maintain accurate inventory through disciplined cycle counts, transaction execution, and audits.

Bachelor's degree or 5+ years of experience in warehouse, materials, manufacturing, or supply chain operations.
Strong understanding of inventory control, material flow, and production support.
Experience with ERP/WMS systems (Odoo, SAP, Oracle, NetSuite, or similar).
Proficiency in Microsoft Office with advanced Excel skills.
Willingness to work extended hours, weekends, or alternate shifts as required.
