- Cisco is undergoing a series of major transformations - OneCisco CRM, Gong, and Unified Customer Definition (UCD) - all sought at driving recurring revenue and durable growth.
- This role is the connective tissue that keeps that work organized, on track, and accountable to outcomes.
Responsibilities
- Leadership Reporting: Own the creation and cadence of recurring leadership status reporting across the full team portfolio.
- Stakeholder Management: Drive interlocks with our extended stakeholder network - establishing the cadence and owning the meetings end to end, including agenda and facilitation.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Ensure effective interlocks with all functions involved in delivery (e.g., Business Capabilities, Activation). Recommend the cadences that best keep us aligned, and own them from creation through facilitation.
- Business Case Creation: Partner with the Segment Strategy & Process leads to define success metrics for each initiative and build the business cases that justify and measure them.
- Communication & Influence: You collaborate effectively and build credibility and trust across an extended stakeholder network.
- Program Setup & Management: Drive foundational program setup across our initiative portfolio - including project plan and roadmap creation - and manage the team to deliver against key dates, activities, and achievements.
- You will own end-to-end program management for the full suite of initiatives driven by the Business Segment Strategy & Process team - from program setup and day-to-day project management through leadership reporting, stakeholder management, business case development, and cross-functional interlocks that ensure successful delivery (e.g., Business Capabilities, Activation).

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree and 5+ years of relevant experience.
- Transformational Program Expertise: You've managed a comprehensive transformational program spanning strategy creation, capability delivery, and enablement - and you understand how those components fit together.
- Storytelling Ability: You can craft a narrative and present to all levels of seniority.

- 10 paid holidays per full calendar year, plus 1 floating holiday for non-exempt employees

Compensation
- The starting salary range posted for this position is $103,300.00 to $157,000.00 and reflects the projected salary range for new hires in this position in U.S. and/or Canada locations, not including incentive compensation*, equity, or benef
Benefits
- Employees may be eligible to receive grants of Cisco restricted stock units, which vest following continued employment with Cisco for defined periods of time.
- Non-exempt employees** receive 16 days of paid vacation time per full calendar year, accrued at rate of 4.92 hours per pay period for full-time employees
- Exempt employees participate in Cisco's flexible vacation time off program, which has no defined limit on how much vacation time eligible employees may use (subject to availability and some business limitations)
- 80 hours of sick time off provided on hire date and each January 1st thereafter, and up to 80 hours of unused sick time carried forward from one calendar year to the next
- Individual pay is determined by the candidate's hiring location, market conditions, job-related skillset, experience, qualifications, education, certifications, and/or training.
