About the role
- The Cloud Operations Administrator III is responsible for supporting and managing the day-to-day operations of customer-hosted cloud environments.
- This role contributes to efficiency and optimization initiatives, mentors junior team members, and serves as an escalation point for cross-functional teams.
- This is a 2nd shift EST working hours position.
Responsibilities
- Provide excellent customer support for cloud-related incidents Provide SQL Server support in configuration (e.g. Maintenance Plans, SQL Agent Jobs, dbmail, etc.) troubleshooting (e.g. Jenzabar One-delivered objects, general performance issues, etc.), and T-SQL scripting Support the Jenzabar One application stack Serve as an escalation point for Cloud Operations Specialist I, II, application Support, and Network Operations Center (NOC) team Provide onboarding training, guidance, and mentorship to junior Cloud Operations Specialists, helping them develop technical skills Facilitate development of documentation for standards, processes, knowledgebase articles, checklists, etc.
- The Cloud Operations Specialist III performs advanced tasks within the Jenzabar One ecosystem, including troubleshooting complex customer-reported issues and configuring cloud-hosted systems.
Compensation
- Must be able to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders The pay range for this position is $66,000-$78,000/year; however, base pay offered may vary depending on job-related knowledge, geographic location, skills, and experience.
- This position is eligible for an annual bonus in addition to a full range of benefits.
