Responsibilities
- Diagnose, repair, and maintain diesel engines, fuel systems, hydraulic systems, electrical/electronic systems, and drivetrains.
Nice to have
- Technical training or certification in Diesel/Heavy Equipment Service Technology.
- Experience in fleet maintenance or dealership service environments.
- Physical Requirements
- Prolonged periods of standing, walking, bending, climbing, and lifting.
- Frequent exposure to outdoor conditions (heat, cold, rain, dust, and fumes).
- Ability to climb in and out of heavy equipment for inspections and repairs.
- Working Conditions
- Combination of shop and outdoor yard environments.
Skills
- Utilize diagnostic software, test equipment, and precision measuring tools to identify and resolve mechanical issues.
- Maintain accountability for company-issued tools, equipment, and vehicles.
