- Provide accurate information regarding community features, pricing, availability, leasing terms, and application processes

- The Leasing Ambassador - Build-to-Rent (BTR) is responsible for delivering an exceptional prospective resident experience while supporting the daily leasing operations of assigned Build-to-Rent communities.
- This role serves as the face of the community by welcoming prospects, conducting tours, responding to inquiries, and supporting leasing activities that drive occupancy and resident satisfaction goals.
- Assist prospective residents through the leasing process, including follow-up communication and application support
- Operational / Departmental Support
- Support leasing and marketing initiatives designed to drive occupancy and resident engagement
Requirements
- Equivalent work experience may be considered in lieu of degree
- Minimum 1 year of experience in real estate, leasing, sales, property management, or customer service required
- Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Ability to thrive in high-volume, customer-facing environments
Nice to have
- Working knowledge of QuickBase, MRI, CMS, and Birdeye Reputation Management platforms
- Experience with resident engagement and customer relationship management tools
- Familiarity with leasing performance metrics and occupancy goals
- Prior experience supporting lease-up or new community operations
