STAY AWESOME: Tandem Diabetes Care is proud to manufacture and sell the Tandem Mobi system and t:slim X2 insulin pump with Control-IQ+ technology - an advanced predictive algorithm that automates insulin delivery.
Facilitates achievement of the goals of the department and business.
WHEN & WHERE YOU'LL WORK: - Hybrid: This role will be a mix of in-office work at our corporate headquarters in San Diego, CA and remote work.

Our company's human-centered approach to design, development, and support delivers innovative products and services for people who use insulin.
Ensures team manages compliance requirements including, but not limited to, ERISA, FMLA, COBRA, HIPAA, ACA, Form 5500 filings, nondiscrimination testing, and audits utilizing established vendors.
Reviews, updates, and implements organizational policies to ensure compliance with US and global regulations.
Partners with internal SOX and IT teams to ensure SOX compliance within remit.
Performs other duties as assigned.

Strong knowledge of HRIS systems and MS Office applications.
Ability to dive into details, translate and statistically analyze data, and effectively report results through written and/or graphical formats.
This review is required to ensure that individuals in such roles uphold high standards of trust and integrity so as to protect the interests of our customers, employees, and stakeholders.

The starting base pay range for this position is $175,000 - $205,000 annually.
Base pay will vary based on job-related knowledge, skills, experience and may also fluctuate depending on candidate's location and the overall job market.
In addition to base pay, Tandem offers a competitive compensation package that includes bonus and a robust benefits package.
You'll also receive 11 paid holidays per year, unlimited PTO and you will have access to a 401k plan with company match as well as an Employee Stock Purchase plan.

Provides strategic leadership in the design, development, implementation, administration, and communication of the Company's benefits, wellness and Leave programs.
Partners with benefit brokers to understand market trends and assess, design, and refine the Company's benefits strategy to ensure the company is positioned competitively to attract and retain talent.
Develops strategy for communication and education about benefit, paid time off, financial savings and Leave programs.
Ensures the leave management program is administered and the supporting care for employees is clearly defined and in compliance with policy.
Partners closely with the HR Business Partner team on complex or escalated leave situations.
