Responsibilities
- Lead and facilitate Agile Release Train (ART) execution, including PI Planning, ART syncs, System Demos, and Inspect & Adapt events
- Drive alignment across teams to ensure execution adheres to SDLC principles, including design, development, testing, integration, and technical release readiness
- Identify, manage, and mitigate cross-team dependencies, risks, and impediments
- Partner with Product Management, System Architects, and Engineering teams to ensure smooth flow of features from concept through delivery
- Drive transparency through reporting, dashboards, and program-level KPIs
- Support release planning, execution, and coordination across multiple teams and stakeholders.
- A deep understanding of the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) is essential to effectively guide teams, manage dependencies, and ensure predictable delivery of features and releases.

- Ability to analyze and improve flow metrics, predictability, and delivery performance
Nice to have
- Enable continuous improvement using metrics such as velocity, flow, predictability, and quality
- Foster a culture of built-in quality, DevOps adoption, and CI/CD practices
- Ensure proper implementation of Agile, SAFe, and SDLC governance practices across teams
- Coach Scrum Masters, Product Owners, and teams on Agile best practices and effective execution
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, software engineering, or related field.
- 5+ years of overall experience
- 3+ years as a SAFe Release Train Engineer (RTE) or similar Agile leadership role
- Proven experience leading large-scale Agile programs using SAFe framework
