- Over 10,000 transactions totaling in excess of $50 billion have been consulted by the AST team.

Responsibilities
- Develop and expand relationships with commercial real estate owners, mortgage brokers, and sales brokers
- Maintain and grow a strong professional network within the commercial real estate community
- Strong communication, persuasion, and relationship-building skills
Nice to have
- Identify, pursue, and close new business opportunities across multiple AST service offerings
- Consistently meet or exceed activity and revenue targets, including outbound outreach and closed transactions
- Conduct high-volume outreach through phone calls, emails, and in-person meetings
- Previous sales experience preferred, but not required
- A customer-focused mindset with the ability to understand and solve client needs
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and comfortable working in a commission-driven role
- Proficiency in English and confidence communicating with senior-level professionals
Compensation

- Salary: $35,000 Yearly Base + Commissions
