About the role
- AI agents that detect and respond to threats can't go down when customers need them most, and the infrastructure underneath has to hold up under that pressure.
- You'll work closely with our AI, backend, and product teams to keep our systems performant, stable, and secure.
Responsibilities
- Design and build scalable, secure, high-performance infrastructure for our AI-native platform.
- Own AWS region expansion, harden systems for compliance, and improve elasticity, disaster recovery, and high availability.
- Build tooling, services, and automation, including runbook automation and AI-assisted developer workflows, to improve platform reliability and developer experience.
- Partner with AI and backend engineers on deployment, CI/CD, observability, and performance optimization.
- Lead infrastructure-as-code and container orchestration initiatives that reduce toil and improve incident response.
- Experience building observability and monitoring systems with tools like the Grafana stack.
- As a Senior Platform Engineer, you'll build and scale the core platform behind our AI-driven security products.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in platform, DevOps, or software engineering roles.
- Experience working closely with development teams, with a proven ability to change production code.
- Deep experience with AWS cloud infrastructure.
- Expertise with Kubernetes, Docker, Terraform, and CI/CD systems such as GitHub Actions.
- A passion for developer experience, automation, and high-scale systems.
- Strong understanding of distributed systems, networking, and security fundamentals.
Nice to have
- Experience with AI/ML platforms or data-intensive systems.
- Knowledge of agent frameworks, LLM orchestration, or event-driven architectures.
- Familiarity with SOC operations, threat detection, or security automation tools.
