Responsibilities
- Support the planning, organization, and execution of seasonal leagues, classes, clinics, and related programming.
- Help develop and improve youth flag football curriculum, class structures, and player development pathways.
- Support sales, registration, and retention efforts for youth sports programming.
- Maintain a positive, organized, and competitive environment for all participants.
Requirements
- Schedule Requirements Wednesday and Thursday afternoon through evening availability is required.
- Saturday morning availability is required.
- Ideal Candidate Profile Passionate about youth sports and flag football.
