About the role

Demonstrates Mustad values, showing respect for and engagement with co-workers, especially as they contribute to a quality product and organizational success.
Follows all safety and SOP regulations and procedures, including Mustad Performance Systems (MPS).
Assists in solving breakdowns with records and maintaining sufficient and cost-effective inventories of parts and supplies.

The Maintenance Technician supports all manufacturing and industrial operations by maintaining, troubleshooting, improving, and repairing manufacturing equipment and assisting with building maintenance.
Installs, maintains, and repairs facility equipment and systems, including but not limited to packing and line machines, hydraulic and pneumatic systems, air compressors, plumbing and HVAC systems, etc.
Supports the production department with proper machine operation, troubleshooting, and changeover activities.
Provides documentation as needed, including data entry into PM software and all documents related to TPM (MPS).
Performs preventative maintenance on an established schedule, including testing on energized electrical equipment.
Performs other duties as requested by management.
