- This role will be the SME in troubleshooting all related performance issue across the organization.
Responsibilities
- In addition to architecting and designing, the VDI Engineer will provide TIER 3/4 support to system administrators in order to resolve VDI issues.
- Offers endpoint support on issues and trouble resolution tasks on Virtual Desktop related tasks.
- Maintains an Advanced knowledge relative to administration, engineering, and implementation of virtual desktop infrastructure-related technologies.
- Experience providing engineering support for legacy and current versions of Citrix products.
- Home Directory and Profile management Support Services.
- Desktop Software provisioning and Support Services.
Requirements
- US Citizenship required with a TS/SCI Clearance and ability to obtain CI Polygraph
- Experience with Infrastructure as code technologies such as Terraform, Ansible, etc.
