About the role
- You will be responsible for the accurate input, verification, and maintenance of performance data from a diverse portfolio of solar assets.
- This role is critical for ensuring our fleet monitoring systems reflect real-time operational health and for facilitating timely maintenance responses.
- Candidates must physically reside in the United States and be legally authorized to work in the U.S. at the time of application and throughout employment.
Responsibilities
- Fleet Monitoring Support: Assist in tracking fleet-wide alerts and system downtime
- Documentation Management: Organize and digitize site inspection reports, warranty claims, and utility commissioning documents.
- Data Verification: Perform regular quality checks to identify and correct discrepancies between field reports and automated monitoring system outputs.
- Attention to Detail: Proven ability to manage high-volume data entry with extreme accuracy and speed.
- Fleet Monitoring Support: Assist in tracking fleet-wide alerts and system downtime; transcribe diagnostic information from monitoring software into work order systems.
