Bilingual Recruiter (English/Spanish) Location: Jessup, PA Schedule: On-site, Monday-Friday Make your mark in a role where people and purpose meet.
As a Bilingual Recruiter, you'll play a key role in attracting, engaging, and hiring the talented individuals who power our operations every day.
You'll work in a collaborative environment where your ideas matter and your work directly impacts our success.

Manage full-cycle recruitment for a variety of roles, from hourly production to professional staff.
Develop creative sourcing strategies to attract diverse, qualified candidates.
Conduct bilingual (English/Spanish) interviews and support clear communication throughout the hiring process.
Partner with department leaders to understand workforce needs and deliver timely hiring solutions.
Prepare and manage all new hire paperwork and ensure compliance with company and regulatory requirements.
Coordinate and lead new hire orientations, ensuring a welcoming and consistent onboarding experience.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build rapport across teams.
Organized, self-motivated, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced setting.
