About the role

The Account Manager is responsible for complete ownership of the client experience.
They are always focused on delivering client satisfaction while maintaining positivity and professionalism under pressure.
This job can require long hours and weekend work during peak season.

Maintain client relationships, projects, and deadlines, and assist in any conflict resolution.
Develop a trusted relationship with key accounts.
Deliver white glove service and go above and beyond for client satisfaction.
Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities.
