About the role

We're looking for a senior leader to be the operational engine of a creative-heavy marketing organization.
This is a senior role for someone who has spent 12 years or more orchestrating the operations of a marketing or creative function.
Your superpower is making the whole system run: setting priorities, designing process, coordinating across teams, and stewarding the budget.

Own intake and prioritization across the marketing and creative team, aligning work with campaign calendars and business goals, and help make the trade-off calls when capacity is tight.
Design and continuously improve how work moves from brief to delivery, own the workflow tooling and playbooks, and integrate AI into the team's workflows responsibly - accelerating production without eroding craft or brand consistency.
Own operational insight for the function - throughput, cycle time, capacity, on-time / on-budget delivery - and partner with growth/data to connect creative work to performance (they own the stack; you steer and interpret).

You'll own how work gets prioritized, how it moves through the team, and how cross-functional partners stay aligned - turning a high volume of creative and campaign work into a smooth, predictable, well-resourced operation.
Roadmap & prioritize: Own intake and prioritization across the marketing and creative team, aligning work with campaign calendars and business goals, and help make the trade-off calls when capacity is tight.
Lead the team: Mentor and support a team of producers and project managers, while fostering a collaborative, sustainable culture.

Running creative or content production (as a producer, EP, or studio operator) earlier in your career.
Standing up AI-enabled creative or production workflows (e.g. asset generation, automated tagging/versioning, faster creative turnaround).
Driving change management within an established marketing or creative organization.
Working alongside (not necessarily owning) marketing measurement and martech.
Owning and optimizing budgets and resourcing across concurrent projects, plus sourcing and managing freelance and creative vendor networks.
Deep fluency in PM/workflow tools (Asana / Monday / Jira, Airtable, Google Workspace) and creative tools (Figma), plus leadership-level judgment on where AI adds value vs. risk and how to govern it.
Financial & vendor management: Owning and optimizing budgets and resourcing across concurrent projects, plus sourcing and managing freelance and creative vendor networks.
Tooling & AI fluency: Deep fluency in PM/workflow tools (Asana / Monday / Jira, Airtable, Google Workspace) and creative tools (Figma), plus leadership-level judgment on where AI adds value vs. risk and how to govern it.
