- You belong at SEH SEH is currenting searching for a Water Engineer / Project Manager to join our talented Water/Wastewater team!
Responsibilities
- Manage water infrastructure projects and project teams to support the planning, design, and construction of water treatment, pumping, distribution, and storage projects
- Develop creative solutions to complex water treatment challenges, working closely with our team of engineers, designers and other professionals
- Collaborate with multi-discipline teams to deliver innovative project solutions
- Maintain close relationships with clients throughout development of projects and after completion
- Manage and mentor junior level staff
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in civil or environmental engineering, or a related field
- Licensed Professional Engineer in the state of Florida or ability to obtain within six months of hire
- Experience managing multi-discipline infrastructure projects
- Proven understanding of project management methodologies, tools, and best practices
- Solid knowledge of water treatment systems, equipment, and regulations
- Experience in the design and construction of municipal, state, federal, or industrial water treatment projects
Nice to have
- Fifteen (15) + years of experience designing and/or managing water treatment projects
- Knowledge of regional water issues and familiarity with the municipal government client base
- Demonstrated ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines
- Proficiency in project management software and tools

Compensation
- Base compensation is expected to be in the range of $130,000 and $150,000 based on skill set and experience.
