- Our Mobility Aftermarket division provides diagnostic and repair shop equipment, spare parts, and repair solutions for passenger cars and commercial vehicles worldwide.
- Our Automotive Service Solutions operations supply testing and repair-shop technology, diagnostic software, service training, and information services.

Responsibilities
- Promote Workshop Order Manager (WOM) and manage country-specific rollouts.
- Acquire workshops for concept modules and ensure ongoing support and maintenance.
- Generate leads for direct sales of workshop equipment and ESI diagnostic tools.
- Generate leads for Bosch Car Service (BCS) through promoting basic value proposition services and consultation on full-service concept requirements and follow up on them.
- Drive cross-selling with Workshop Test Equipment (WTE).
- Strong presentation, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to offer workshops practical support, advice, and training guidance.
Requirements
- Proficiency with Bosch systems (e.g., C4C, PBI apps, myBCS) and digital rollout tools.
Nice to have
- Experience with workshop business models is a plus.
Compensation
- $85k-$100k
Benefits
- Pursue sales of Hotline Services, Remote Diagnostics, Vehicle Health Checks (VHC) and Vehicle Check Apps (VCA).

- The U.S. base salary range for this full-time position is $85,000 - $100,000.
- Within the range, individual pay is determined based on several factors, including, but not limited to, work experience and job knowledge, complexity of the role, job location, etc.
