About the role

Driver's license and access to a reliable vehicle is not a requirement to enter the Pathways program, but both will be needed to successfully work in construction.

Must have physical strength, balance, hand-eye coordination and stamina necessary to complete jobs in various areas.
Must be able to lift and carry up to 49 pounds and push and/or pull up to 49-pound loads at a time.
Must be able to work in all weather conditions.
Must be able to stand and walk up to eight hours per day and climb multiple sets of stairs while carrying materials weighing between 0 and 49 pounds.

Familiar with hand and power tools.
Ability to adapt as assignments change.
High School diploma or equivalent (proof required within 30 days of acceptance) Be able to pass a drug test (administered when applying to union-sponsored registered apprenticeship program).
