About the role
- We are seeking a skilled Stand-Up Hilo/Reach Truck Operator to join our team.
- The ideal candidate will be responsible for operating a stand-up forklift to move, locate, and stack products efficiently and safely within our warehouse.
- Attention to detail, safety compliance, and a strong work ethic are essential for this role.
Responsibilities
- Perform routine inspections of the forklift and report any maintenance needs.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily operational goals.

Requirements
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
- Must be able to navigate a warehouse environment safely.
- Previous experience in a warehouse or distribution center environment.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Minimum of 6 months experience on a Crown stand up hilo/reach truck.
- Attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Basic understanding of inventory tracking and reporting.
- Strong communication skills and teamwork ability.
- Prolonged periods of standing and operating machinery.
Compensation
- Starting at $20.00 per hour, with a comprehensive benefits package that includes health, dental, and vision insurance, paid time off accrual, and 401(k) matching after one year of employment.
