Responsibilities
- Develop and oversee individualized behavior intervention plans
- Deliver services in home, school, and community settings
- Collect and analyze behavioral data to support treatment goals
- Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation
- Collaborate with treatment teams and external providers
- This role offers the opportunity to work directly in home and community settings, delivering evidence-based interventions that create lasting outcomes.
- The Behavior Consultant conducts assessments, develops treatment plans, and provides behavioral consultation services in alignment with IBHS standards.
Requirements
- Ability to obtain required PA clearances (Criminal Background, FBI, Child Abuse)
- Ability to provide mobile services across assigned areas
- Strong ability to work both independently and within a team
- Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Social Work, or related field
- Licensure (one of the following required):
- Candidates must be able to travel locally to provide services.
