Responsibilities

  • Develop and oversee individualized behavior intervention plans
  • Deliver services in home, school, and community settings
  • Collect and analyze behavioral data to support treatment goals
  • Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation
  • Collaborate with treatment teams and external providers
  • This role offers the opportunity to work directly in home and community settings, delivering evidence-based interventions that create lasting outcomes.
  • The Behavior Consultant conducts assessments, develops treatment plans, and provides behavioral consultation services in alignment with IBHS standards.

Requirements

  • Ability to obtain required PA clearances (Criminal Background, FBI, Child Abuse)
  • Ability to provide mobile services across assigned areas
  • Strong ability to work both independently and within a team
  • Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Social Work, or related field
  • Licensure (one of the following required):
  • Candidates must be able to travel locally to provide services.

Compensation

  • $40k-$45k
