About the role
- Maintaining unit uptime to customer expectations is critical to customer satisfaction, railroad fuel economy, and railroad's wheel/rail life.
- A Motor Vehicle Record (MVR) check will be conducted upon hire and annually thereafter in accordance with Loram's Driving Policy. - Successfully pass a pre-employment drug and alcohol test.

- Maintain railroad safety training and certifications
Requirements
- 2+ years working in a railroad environment, Field service, and Basic computer skills
- Ability to lift and/or move up to 50 pounds.
- Ability to apply high levels of cognitive, analytical, retention and reasoning.
Skills
- Loram Technologies
- Service top of rail and gauge face lubricator units to specified guidelines.
- Uses logic and methods to solve problems to find effective solutions.
- Understand and adhere to general railroad and Loram operating rules.
- Able to work independently.
- Process work orders and complete all necessary delivery tickets, warranty paperwork, and returns through approved company processes.
- Proactive problem resolution
- Work with Sales Department to ensure customer expectations are met.

Compensation
- Loram determines compensation based on factors such as skills, competencies, education, and/or experience.
- Certain positions may be eligible for an annual bonus and paid time off in addition to base compensation.
