Responsibilities
- Perform comprehensive psychological assessments to determine client needs and develop appropriate treatment plans.
- Deliver evidence-based therapeutic interventions for individuals, couples, families, and groups.
- Operate more independently in your role and provide direct support to clients 3.
- Adhere to ethical guidelines and maintain confidentiality in all client interactions.
- Manage and coordinate therapy schedules, ensuring timely appointments and follow-ups.
- Collaborate with administrative staff to optimize scheduling and client flow.

Requirements
- Master's or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or a related field from an accredited institution.
Nice to have
- Experience in a specific area of therapy (e.g., trauma, addiction, child and adolescent therapy) is preferred.

- Strong communication, empathy, critical thinking, and adaptability skills.
- Cultural Competence: Commitment to providing culturally competent care and addressing systemic inequities.
- Organizational
- Hours: Flexible hours between 8 am and 7 pm, depending on patient availability.
- Participate in ongoing professional development, supervision, and training to stay current with best practices in the field.
