Responsibilities

  • Provide direct hands-on process support to manufacturing lines to ensure daily production targets are achieved.
  • Support refinement of standard work procedures and audit process compliance.
  • Implement meaningful improvements to tooling, fixtures, and operator methods.

  • The Manufacturing Process Specialist is a highly hands-on production support professional responsible for ensuring manufacturing lines consistently achieve safety, quality, delivery, and productivity targets.
  • This position focuses on day-to-day process execution, troubleshooting, process stability, operator support, and rapid problem-solving on the factory floor.

Requirements

  • Ability to stand and walk for long periods on solid surfaces.
  • Ability to work in a non-climate controlled environment.

Nice to have

  • 1-3 years of related experience in high-complexity production environment
  • welding experience is preferred.
  • 2+ years in a leadership role is preferred.

Skills

  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • 1-3 years of related experience in high-complexity production environment; welding experience is preferred.
  • Computer systems knowledge including proficiency with MS Office programs.
  • Experience supporting high-volume manufacturing, assembly operations, or production environments.
  • Strong mechanical aptitude and practical troubleshooting skills.
  • Demonstrated success resolving production issues in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
  • Familiarity with lean manufacturing methods, and TIG welding techniques preferred.

Compensation

  • $61,500.00 - $88,500.00
  • The total compensation for this position includes standard company benefits and is based on various factors including, but not limited to, relevant skills and experience.
