About the role
- Prince Industries is currently seeking an experience Powder Coater Painter for our Batavia, IL location.
- This role is on first shift from 6am - 2:30pm Monday - Friday.
- ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Understands and observes all necessary safety procedures: safety glasses, shoes, ear protection, gloves, lifting guidelines, interlocks, etc. as designated in specific work area assigned.
Responsibilities
- Relies on specific instructions and pre-existing guidelines to perform functions of the job.
- Handles parts in order to maintain surface finish and part integrity.
- Maintains good housekeeping in assigned work area.
Requirements
- Completes all necessary and required paperwork as relates to the job. (i.e. tags).
- Must be able to read, write and speak English fluently.
- PHYSICAL JOB REQUIREMENTS Required to perform repetitive hand work for the duration of 8-10-hour shift daily.
- Required to sit or stand the duration of shift.
- Required to walk, bend, reach, stoop or kneel.
- The noise level in the work environment is generally loud, in which hearing protection is required.
Nice to have
- High School diploma or GED Equivalent preferred.
Compensation
- $20k-$25k
