About the role
- We're a Y Combinator-backed company that has raised a $24M Seed + Series A from top-tier investors.
- This is a full-time, onsite role based in San Francisco, CA.
- You'll be the primary voice between Mem0 and the 150,000+ developers already using our open-source memory layer, creating the content, code, and relationships that turn curious developers into engaged users and advocates.
Responsibilities
- Create technical content: tutorials, sample apps, blog posts, and docs that get developers from signup to production fast.
- Build and maintain integration guides and quickstarts across popular frameworks (LangChain, CrewAI, and others).
- Partner with Product and Marketing to plan launches, changelogs, and community campaigns.
- Able to write and ship code: comfortable building demos and sample apps in Python and/or JS/TS.
- We're building the memory layer for AI agents.
- Think long-term memory that enables AI to remember conversations, learn from interactions, and build context over time.
- Own developer experience and community growth for Mem0's open-source project and API platform.
- Real ownership in what you're building, not just a paycheck
Nice to have
- Experience with LLMs, RAG, agents, or memory/retrieval systems.
- An existing following or credibility in the AI/ML developer community.
- Experience running or growing a Discord/Slack developer community.
- Video editing or livestreaming experience.
- Office-first collaboration

- We move quickly without sacrificing engineering excellence.
Skills
- Grow and nurture the open-source community across GitHub, Discord, and forums; triage issues and PRs, and spotlight community contributions.
- Represent Mem0 externally at conferences, meetups, and hackathons, including giving talks and running workshops.
- Gather developer feedback and feed it directly into the product and research roadmap.
