About the role
- This role is responsible for setting up, operating, and maintaining Mark Andy flexographic printing presses while producing high-quality labels and packaging products in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
Responsibilities
- Perform make-readies and changeovers efficiently
- Maintain accurate production records and documentation
- Perform routine preventive maintenance and housekeeping duties
- Work closely with press support, ink technicians, and production teams to maximize efficiency
Requirements
- 3+ years of flexographic printing or related production experience
- Experience operating Mark Andy flexographic presses
- Strong understanding of flexographic printing processes and color control
- Ability to read and interpret job tickets and production specifications
- Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
Nice to have
- Experience in label or packaging manufacturing
- Familiarity with UV and water-based inks
- Knowledge of anilox rolls, plate mounting, and substrate handling
- Experience with quality systems and process improvement initiatives
- Previous experience working in a narrow web flexographic environment
- Strong attention to detail and print quality
- Mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills
- Problem-solving mindset

- We are seeking an experienced Flexographic Press Operator to join our production team on 3rd shift.
- This role is responsible for setting up, operating, and maintaining Mark Andy flexographic printing presses while producing high-quality labels and packaging products in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
- The ideal candidate will have experience running Mark Andy narrow web flexo presses and possess a strong understanding of flexographic printing processes, color control, and quality standards.
