  • 3 years of experience with Forensic Analysis - Critical Path Method delay analysis and damages analysis and quantification relating to construction projects.
  • This position also requires experience with the following

Skills

  • 3 years of experience using scheduling software
  • Primavera and MS Project.
  • 3 years of experience analyzing complex data sets using advanced Excel including pivot tables/power pivots/macros/graphical visualization.
  • 3 years of experience using cost estimating software (RS Means OR Xactiexcemate).
  • 3 years of experience with Forensic Analysis
  • Critical Path Method delay analysis and damages analysis and quantification relating to construction projects.
  • 3 years of experience using scheduling software - Primavera and MS Project.
