- Minimum 2 years of proven veterinary experience, (specialty or emergency experience preferred)
Compensation
- 120 hours annual paid time off and floating holiday time

- What You Can Expect To Do
- We are looking for an experienced Triage Veterinary Technician to join our Emergency team.
- As a Triage Technician in our busy ER, you'll be a crucial part of ensuring every patient gets the right care at the right time.
- You'll assess incoming patients, keep the ER flowing smoothly, maintain clear, compassionate communication with patient families, and support our veterinarians and specialists during exams and emergency procedures.
- A commitment to maintaining an organized and efficient workspace is essential.
- We're looking for a technician who thrives in a fast-paced environment, values learning and mentorship, and brings honesty, integrity, and empathy to every interaction.
- What You Have:
- You are compassionate and detail-oriented, experienced in emergency, urgent care, or specialty practice.
- You thrive in fast-paced environments, managing multiple tasks smoothly while maintaining a strict focus on accuracy during critical moments.
- Highly skilled technically, you are proficient in advanced venipuncture, IV catheterization, in-house diagnostics, and medical calculations.
- Patient safety and care are your priorities; you are well-versed in emergency protocols, CPR, "Fear Free" handling, and the "5 Rights of Medications." An excellent communicator and true team player, you bring both clinical excellence and heart to every shift.
