Responsibilities
- Engage regularly with internal business partners across other investment teams, client service, compliance, legal, risk, trading, and operations for new and existing mandates.
- Develop and maintain relationships with sell-side counterparties.
- This reflects our belief that spending time together in the office helps us build stronger relationships, collaborate more easily, and support each other's growth and development.
Requirements

Nice to have
- 3+ years of experience in a quantitative portfolio implementation role
- Experience with macro strategies, derivatives, and options is strongly preferred
- Programming experience required
- Undergraduate degree in Business, Economics, Finance preferred
- Graduate degrees are a plus
- CFA or CAIA preferred

- Self-motivated; working both independently and collaboratively, both as a leader and a team member
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Strong decision-making skills including the ability to research and analyze topics to determine the correct course of action
- Strong relationship building and interpersonal skills
