About the role
- You will report to the Players Club Shift Supervisor or Department Manager.
- You will explain Choctaw Rewards Club program, promotions and other marketing information in detail to guests.
- Assist the Marketing department with multiple projects, promotions and events.
Requirements
- General computer application proficiency.
- Knowledge of principles and processes for providing customer and personal services.
- Knowledge of the structure and content of the English language including the meaning and spelling of words, rules of composition, and grammar.
- General knowledge of casino facilities and amenities and an in-depth knowledge of casino promotions.
- Prior experience in high customer contact positions.
