About the role
- As our Valve Technician, you will be responsible for picking, assembling, testing, painting, packaging and shipping pressure relief valves to meet safety, production, quality, delivery and cost objectives.
- This is an excellent opportunity for someone with machine shop experience to progress within a clean, climate-controlled manufacturing environment with focus on quality and teamwork!

Responsibilities
- Support the lean initiatives, goals and projects as directed by their supervisor.
- Perform assembly and test operations in accordance with written procedures and work instructions.
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in either assembly or manufacturing environment
- Ability to read measuring equipment
- Ability to read and follow:
- Ability to assemble small components with lightweight hand tools
- Ability to read job documentation and Engineering drawings
- High School or GED required
- Self-motivated, demonstrated problem solving skills and ability to work well in a team environment
