About the role

As our Valve Technician, you will be responsible for picking, assembling, testing, painting, packaging and shipping pressure relief valves to meet safety, production, quality, delivery and cost objectives.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone with machine shop experience to progress within a clean, climate-controlled manufacturing environment with focus on quality and teamwork!
Location: Brantford, Ontario Salary: $25.00/HR Please note that the salary range information provided is a general guideline only, reflecting a position based in Ontario, Canada.

Support the lean initiatives, goals and projects as directed by their supervisor.
Perform assembly and test operations in accordance with written procedures and work instructions.

2+ years of experience in either assembly or manufacturing environment
Ability to read measuring equipment
Ability to read and follow:
Ability to assemble small components with lightweight hand tools
Ability to read job documentation and Engineering drawings
High School or GED required
Self-motivated, demonstrated problem solving skills and ability to work well in a team environment
