About the role

This is a full-time, fixed-term opportunity to provide maternity leave coverage.

Collaborate with relevant teams across the organization to ensure alignment with business objectives and priorities.
Support the definition, monitoring, and analysis of key performance indicators (KPIs) aligned with company objectives to measure product success.
Develop detailed user personas to guide product decisions and resonate with target audiences.
Maintain a well-groomed and prioritized backlog that reflects business priorities and team capacity.
Stay updated on industry trends, competitor offerings, and emerging technologies to maintain a competitive edge.
Collaborate with QA teams to develop test plans and ensure the product meets quality standards.
Maintain detailed documentation for product features, requirements, and updates.
Drive initiatives from ideation to completion with minimal oversight.
Collaborate with internal teams to develop effective product launch plans, messaging, and materials.

Proficiency with tools like Jira, Figma, and Notion.
A keen interest or experience in cryptocurrency and blockchain technology.
Familiarity with gamification concepts or prior experience in the gaming industry.
2+ years of product management experience, ideally with mobile applications or consumer-facing products, and experience supporting products through multiple stages of the product lifecycle, from discovery through launch and iteration.
Strong analytical skills that enable you to interpret data, identify trends, and make informed decisions to drive product success.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, allowing you to create clear documentation and effectively present ideas to stakeholders.
Proven ability to collaborate with diverse stakeholders, balancing user needs, technical feasibility and business goals.
A self-starter mindset, thriving in fact-paced, dynamic environments with a passion for user experience and a commitment to continuous learning.
Attention to detail combined with strategic focus on achieving big-picture goals.
A collaborative approach to working across teams and building strong relationships, coupled with empathy for end-users and a drive to advocate their needs.
Solid understanding of Agile methodologies.
While not mandatory, the following qualifications are highly valued and would make your application stand out.
A background in drone technology, with preference given to candidates with hands-on flying experience.

The Spexi Network is at the heart of this mission-a groundbreaking platform that enables drone pilots to earn rewards for flying and collecting aerial imagery.
The anticipated contract term is from August 17, 2026 through September 3, 2027.
To ensure a smooth transition, the successful candidate will ideally begin up to two weeks prior to August 17, 2026 for onboarding and knowledge transfer.
