About the role

  • You're comfortable working with traditional ML and you've shipped systems with clear quality metrics and business impact.

Responsibilities

  • Research and build AI/ML systems that power matchmaking, ranking, and automation across the Paraform marketplace.
  • Own model development end-to-end, from data collection and labeling strategies to deployment, monitoring, and iteration in production.
  • Partner with product, AI engineers, and full-stack teams to ship systems that directly move marketplace metrics.
  • Build and maintain robust evaluation frameworks to continuously measure quality, bias, reliability, and business impact.
  • Work with other engineers and raise the bar for how AI systems are designed, shipped, and maintained.
  • That's why we're building a new foundation for how companies hire, bringing together specialized recruiters and modern AI tools.
  • We treat recruiters like entrepreneurs, not vendors - and we're building the financial, operational, and technical infrastructure that powers their success.

Requirements

  • You have strong judgment around evaluation and know how to measure what actually matters when considering product priorities.

Nice to have

  • Experience with large-scale retrieval, ranking, NLP, or personalization systems is a plus.
