About the role
- This position will support an attorney with transportation related cases on a permanent basis at a national law firm.
Responsibilities
- Review, analyze and organize document productions by opposing parties and co-defendants in large multi-party cases
- Summarize transcripts and organize key documents
- Manage documents and maintain organized case files
Requirements
- 4+ years of litigation paralegal experience, including trial preparation and attendance
- Experience with drafting subpoenas and creating logs for records received.
- Bachelor's degree preferred, not required; Paralegal Certificate preferred
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to integrate into a team-oriented environment with ownership in your own docket of cases
Nice to have
- Bachelor's degree preferred, not required

- Insurance defense and/or construction defect experience is a plus
