About the role
- At Maxcess / Valley Roller in Mansfield, TX the Assembler is responsible for the roll Disassembly/Assembly elements of the manufacturing process.
- In this position, the employee in charge of ensuring that each roll is carefully disassembled & reassembled to meet the customer's specifications.

Requirements
- Ability to exert up to 50 pounds of force, and/or up to 25 pounds of force frequently
- Required ability to use finger and hand dexterity to manipulate objects
- Create an incoming inspection report for customer service to address with the customer to ensure all required parts are ordered and arrive prior to final assembly
- Language Skills
- Read, Write, and understand English
- Read mechanical blueprints and interpret technical documents
- Write legible documentation conforming to prescribed style and format
- Communicate effectively
- Mathematical Skills
- Utilize all inspection and measurement equipment per procedure and instruction, including Durometer gauges, Micrometers, Vernier diameter tapes, Dial indicators, Profilometers, temperature-indicating devices, and others as needed
- Understands/applies basic math, including accurate addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division
- Other Skills
- Learn and utilize safe operating procedures
