- Experience in a high-volume outbound sales or lead generation role (e.g., SDR, BDR, or inside sales), ideally within fintech, payments, or SaaS
Requirements
- Ability to consistently meet activity benchmarks (e.g., 85-100 calls and 40-60 emails per day) while maintaining quality outreach
Skills

- Demonstrated resilience and coachability, with the ability to handle rejection and continuously improve through feedback
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Communications, or a related field (or equivalent professional experience)

Compensation
- Hourly pay of $19.23.
- Annual On-Target Earnings (OTE): $76k plus
- Your total compensation will depend on your skills and performance.
