Responsibilities

  • Manage due diligence workstreams (financial, operational, legal, commercial) alongside internal teams and outside advisors
  • Support deal structuring, negotiation prep, and closing processes for new acquisitions and bolt-ons
  • Partner with portfolio company management teams to monitor financial and operational performance post-close
  • Drive cross-functional initiatives with clear KPIs, timelines, and reporting mechanisms
  • Support integration efforts for newly acquired businesses, ensuring alignment with Regent's operating model
  • Manage multiple parallel workstreams across deal and portfolio priorities in a fast-paced, lean environment
  • This is a full-stack role for an investment professional who is equally comfortable evaluating new opportunities, running diligence and deal processes, and then rolling up their sleeves to support portfolio company performance post-close.

Requirements

  • 3-7 years of experience, with buy-side private equity or investment banking experience required
  • Ability to move fluidly between transactional analysis and operational problem-solving
  • Willingness and ability to work in-office five days a week in Beverly Hills

Nice to have

  • Prior experience at a private equity firm (deal team or portfolio operations) or investment bank strongly preferred
  • must have direct exposure to live transaction execution (diligence, modeling, deal structuring)

Compensation

  • $150,000-$200,000 base salary (range dependent on experience) + bonus
