About the role

  • As an Assistant Community Manager, you'll play a key role in supporting property operations, driving resident satisfaction, and ensuring financial accuracy.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Valid driver's license is required
  • Minimum of one year of residential leasing, sales, and/or property management experience required
  • Experience using Yardi or other related property management accounting software
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel
  • Strong understanding of federal, state, and local fair housing laws and provisions

Nice to have

  • Experience in leadership and supervising a staff preferred

Compensation

  • Pay range is a calculation based on a midpoint price.
  • Fairfield complies with all wage and hour laws, including minimum wage and salary exempt requirements.
