About the role
- As an Assistant Community Manager, you'll play a key role in supporting property operations, driving resident satisfaction, and ensuring financial accuracy.

Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Valid driver's license is required
- Minimum of one year of residential leasing, sales, and/or property management experience required
- Experience using Yardi or other related property management accounting software
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel
- Strong understanding of federal, state, and local fair housing laws and provisions
Nice to have
- Experience in leadership and supervising a staff preferred
Compensation
- Pay range is a calculation based on a midpoint price.
- Fairfield complies with all wage and hour laws, including minimum wage and salary exempt requirements.
