Own day-to-day execution of one or more technical programs, ensuring cross-functional alignment across engineering, operations, and leadership.
Develop and maintain clear program plans including schedules, milestones, risks, and action tracking.
Identify risks early, drive mitigation plans, and escalate appropriately with clear recommendations.
Support roadmap execution in partnership with senior program leadership and functional leads.
Maintain program dashboards, status reports, and decision logs to ensure transparency and accountability.
Structured thinker: You create clarity from ambiguity and keep teams organized in fast-paced environments.

Must be willing to work extended hours and weekends as needed.
Technically literate: You are comfortable in technical discussions, ask thoughtful questions, and can understand system-level tradeoffs.
Bachelor's degree in engineering or a related technical field or equivalent practical experience
4+ years leading complex, technical programs
Experience in space, aerospace/defense, robotics, or other deep-tech systems, preferably in new-space or modern technology companies rather than traditional defense primes
Experience working in fast-paced, high-ambiguity environments.
Experience supporting cross-functional teams with tight deadlines.
Additional Requirements: Must be willing to work extended hours and weekends as needed.

Your base salary will be determined on a case-by-case basis and may vary based on the following considerations: job-related knowledge and skills, education, and experience.
Base salary is just one part of your total rewards package at Katalyst.
You will also be eligible for long-term incentives, in the form of the Employee Stock Option and Equity Plan, as well as a relocation bonus and other discretionary bonuses.
