- Build and optimize your outbound engine: Design AI-powered workflows that automate account research, personalize outreach, and generate pipeline.
- Highlight anything that shows you learn fast, solve problems, or build systems.

- You automate the boring stuff so you can focus on the interesting stuff.

- Consistently meet or exceed monthly targets.
Compensation
- $50,000 - $60,000 CAD base + uncapped commission (OTE $70,000 - $80,000) Career path: Clear promotion to Account Executive within 12-18 months based on performance Hybrid work: 2-3 days/week in Vancouver office
