Responsibilities
- Lead Braun Intertec's marketing, communications, brand, proposal management, events, and digital engagement functions.
- Build and lead a responsive, business-focused team that delivers exceptional service and execution.
- Develop marketing and communications programs that strengthen brand awareness, visibility, recruiting, employee & client engagement, and growth.
- Partner with operational, client development, and technical leaders on strategic pursuits, key client opportunities, presentations, and interviews.
- Lead marketing technology, digital marketing, and engagement initiatives while leveraging data and emerging technologies to improve effectiveness and efficiency.
- Exceptional communication, relationship-building, and leadership skills.
- This role partners closely with operational teams, cross-functional departments, and executive leaders to strengthen Braun Intertec's brand, support growth initiatives, and promote a consistent and trusted experience across employees, clients, partners, and communities.

Requirements
- 15+ years of progressive marketing, communications, brand, or related leadership experience.
- Experience leading teams and multiple functional disciplines.
- Strong business acumen and the ability to translate business priorities into effective marketing and communications programs.
- Experience supporting business development, proposals, strategic pursuits, digital marketing, CRM platforms, and marketing analytics.
Compensation
- $137,000.00 - $205,000.00
