Continuing to build partnerships that drive referrals and new memberships.
Partnering with the General Manager to drive membership growth and studio goals.
Following up with prospective members and supporting lead conversion.
Supporting front desk operations while helping create a welcoming, elevated studio environment.

From helping launch a brand-new studio to supporting its long-term growth, the Community Lead plays a key role in building awareness, generating leads, and creating an exceptional member experience.

Building relationships with local businesses, wellness partners, run clubs, apartment communities, and corporate organizations.
Experience in hospitality, fitness, retail, events, marketing, or community engagement.
