About the role

RBTs collect data on said protocols, assist with parent training, and assist with clinical assessments as needed.

Maintain client confidentiality.
Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work and therapy environment.
Collaborate with a treatment team including clients, parents and caregivers, outside professionals, Lead Behavioral Technician, ABA Interns, and co-workers.
Commitment to maintain client confidentiality and adhere to HIPPA laws.

Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds Must be able to lift and carry clients with adaptive equipment.
Must be able to assume and maintain a variety of postures (kneeling, squatting, crawling, sitting, standing) for extended periods of time.
Must be able to sit on the floor or stand for extended periods of time.
Must be able to receive detailed information through oral communication.
Maintain and acquire technical knowledge by attending required training.
Required: High School Diploma.

Experience working with children in a classroom or 1:1 setting
experience implementing the principles of Applied Behavior Analysis;
Have completed 60 hours of college coursework from an accredited university.

Follow the prescribed behavioral skill acquisition and behavior reduction plans and record data according to Center guidelines.
Assist BCBA with skill acquisition and behavior reduction assessments.

We have therapists who are primarily clinic, both in-home and clinic, as well as some who commute between counties to serve our clients.
We are looking for therapists with availability in the counties listed above and we are interested in expanding should staffing arise.
We have three locations in Waynesboro GA (Main Clinic), Evans GA (North Clinic), and Millen GA (South Clinic).
